Mr. Thomas is a senior technician with Sears Home Service. He is a very knowledgeable individual that knows his trade well and takes care of problems promptly, while also carrying on pleasant conversation with the client. I highly recomend him and anyone who gets him as a technician is very lucky.

The tech was great that's who gets the 5 stars but I didn't need a repair just a tune-up and I was charged $139 dollars that's ridiculous I paid twice the price.
