The tech was great that's who gets the 5 stars but I didn't need a repair just a tune-up and I was charged $139 dollars that's ridiculous I paid twice the price.

The repair service was fine, but I was contacted 4 times with different times he would arrive. I have never had a repair service with an 8 hr window. I sat waiting for repairman to arrive for 5 hrs. You should schedule repairs with a 4 hr window.

I am very glad we got Jerel to check out our dryer. He throughly checked it out and found the issue. Ordered the part and came back a few days later to replace it. He went the extra mile to check and clean the inside of the dryer afterwards so we wouldn’t have a fire issue because of built up lint . I hope you will be as lucky as us to get a great technician.
