Our repairman Steve took over 2 hours to fix our Electrolux dishwasher. We had two other service calls from Electrolux directly and they could not fix it. If we need any other repairs for other appliances we will absolutely insist on having Steve.

Saul was efficient and on time for the appointment. I sent a photo of my icemaker problem to the AI customer service agent, and the photo was never sent to Saul. If the photo had been sent to him early, he could’ve ordered an icemaker replacement and had the maintenance cared for in one trip. Instead, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the replacement, then came back about 1.5 weeks later with the replacement part.
