Got new belt for lawnmower because mower was jerking back and forth when shifting. After belt installed the mower still jerked. Repair person said the problem was with the transmission. Sure would have liked to have had that diagnosis in the first place! I just wasted over $400! If I would have known that was a possibility I may have opted for a new mower.

Didn't complete the job correctly at first visit. Couldn't reach a live person to get the technician to come back. Had to reschedule a new appointment which was canceled after waiting for two hours. Third attempt to get dryer vent hooked up worked so far. Will not use this service again.

The service I feel was disappointing. I waiting two weeks for a service that took 15 minutes. The first service tech who came out was awesome. He ordered the part, and was great, but the next appointment the tech changed the service without calling. He arrived in my driveway then left. I had to contact customer service to be told there was nothing they could do. The last service tech was hour late, and his excuse was he had to drive from a far distance. I had to wait all day and that was not accepted. The install of the part was good, but I feel the communication was not good.

The first thing the repair person stated was that You MUST get paid before he could see my furnance. In what world of service, you pay first then they may or not do anything. This is a fraud, scam, beahre with Sears Repair people, they want your money and once you pay, they can say or charge you anything. Cancel your appointment ASAP!!! Don't get SCAMED!!!

In the past we have been able to drop our equipment off at their locations. Now, a tech is sent to your home. Being disrespected at your house is not ok. The tech was rude and would only entertain the most expensive solutions. I would not recommend.
