Sears is supposed to fix my washer, per my warranty purchased by myself. They have rescheduled my appointment 7 times now. I've been dealing with no washing machine for over a month. This place is complete garbage. Don't waste you time or money here.

I will never use this services again. You can't get a hold of a person to confirm when the tech will arrive. Then, when I tried to call the automated system, it reschedule my for a week later, and no one can fix the issue of it mistakenly changing my appointment... Stay away from this service...

Exploded the outlet and created a flood behind my fridge. Fridge is still not working. He said it will take over 24 hours for water to even start to come out of the fridge

Had sears out on 3/11/25 to fix drier not heating. Charged $180 to clean. Said issue was fixed . Washed and dried 1 load of clothes on 3/13 it worked just fine, washed and dried second load of clothes no heat! Called sears at 11am scheduled same day 1-5 @ 4 pm received email that they are rescheduled for 3/15. Called back got the run around said to call other #s didn’t work no live person. Called back same as first time and they can do nothing!!!! Stay away!!! Edited to add came out at 8 am 3/14 said they can find nothing wrong with dryer keeps popping thermal fuse could try replacing would cost another $140 for part and of course more labor … scam

Waited all day for a dryer repair just so they can reschedule without my input or contacting me. This shows poor customer service and poor communication skills. No wonder Sears is out of business as a retailer.

We were given a 9 hour window. Today, the day of the service, I read my message at 8 am that the technician narrowed the window to arrive between 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Here I sit still waiting at 4:50 pm and Monty is a no show. I didn't hear anything, so I called and was told that we would be receiving service today. Very disgusted with the lack of customer service 😒 I received today. When can I expect to receive service?

Unable To ever reach customer service. Also discrepancy in charges and in work done and washer. Washer still not working. Had to Buy part they said was needed and didn’t use it. Worst experience ever. It’s definitely not the old reliable Sears. Josh didn’t seem to know what he was doing on first visit. When he came second time had another tech with him . When they left washer worked for two loads and then had same problem . Washer NOT repaired . Still trying to reach representative, so far not possible.

Terrible company. They delay and delay repairing/replacing warrantied systems till you have no choice but replace it yourself!

No one showed up at my home and the appointment kept moving from 9 am technician never showed up and now the appointment is closed with no updates …

The tech arrived prior to marcos surveyed, and ordered the parts and was sure that the issue shall be fixed. Marcos arrived and said the repair can't be performed and that the equipment isn't fixable - note the refrigerator is working and cooling. The only issue we have is the water leaks.
