I had an appointment scheduled for refrigerator repair on 2-14-24 between 8 am to 5 pm. I took a day off work to have this work done. Sears sent me a text message today at 10:50 am rescheduling my appointment for tomorrow. I lost a day of work because of sears. Also, the compressor on my fridge was replaced by Sears last year in May 2023. The compressor stopped working 8 months later. This is a replacement compressor. Sears has the worst customer service. I have called them to try and speak to a live agent but there is not a prompt that I can select to speak to a customer service representative. I will be canceling my service plan after this. The service they provide is sub-par. This is unacceptable!

The technician was very rude. Had zero people skills and did not install the hose back onto the back of the washer. I attempted to use my washer and realized the hose was not connected. His negligence caused my laundry room to flood with water.

I have been without a fridge for a month. They asked for payment upfront, to order the parts, which I paid. And have canceled three appointments. I would not recommend this company, no wonder sears went out of business.
