Replacement of ice maker on Samsung refrigerator
TODAY went smoothly. Corey performed the scheduled task efficiently. ---- He did address some other concerns I had but unfortunately the answers were not what I really wanted to hear.---- I was NOT pleased with the way my former apot was handled. No one showed up, no one called me, I was not able to talk to a person! Frankly I was surprised someone showed up today. Corey apologized and told me their system had crashed. I'm not sure ... 🤔

Technicians were great!
Technicians were knowledgeable, sincere, and friendly. That is why I gave it a 5. They should not pay for poor management. The company management however takes advantage of the customer and their techs. I needed a simple ice maker replacement and gave company model and serial number before first appt. 3 appointments later and missed work for 3 entire days due to their 8-5 window, I finally have it fixed. First appt was for tech to verify my model number and S/N so they order parts that should have been brought with appt. A simple phone call to customer would have accomplished the same and not put the customer out for another entire day! Second appt I waited all day to get a notification that my appt was cancelled and we had to reschedule. It took the tech about 45 minutes to replace the ice maker on the third visit. In summary, this whole process should have been completed on first visit, bring parts on first visit, and let the customer know that parts are being shipped to customers house. (I received packages that I had no idea what for until I read that they were from GE, then made an educated guess).

On Time - Honest Assessment/Estimate
He arrived on time. He did an assessment of Samsung washing machine issue. Because of machines age, he can't get repair parts. He also indicated if he could get the parts, it would be costly to do. Appreciated his honesty.

At first I was given a time frame of 8am to 5pm. My husband called around noon and was given a time from of 2:30-4. He came within the time frame I was given & was polite and helpful.
