A SEARS PROFESSIONAL
Michael gave us a "heads-up" 20 minutes before arrival. After arriving, he quickly identified the problem, made a phone-call to see if the part was available and could be delivered to my house. He quickly removed the old drive motor from my dish washer and wasted no time installing the new one. Michael was polite and courteous and very professional. All service men could take a lesson from him.

Sears customer on-line system was a total failure. However, Michael came to the rescue. He is the BEST. He also excels in customer expectations. Sears system let me down big time. I was next on tecnician stop on a Friday only to find out it was moved to Monday. Michael orders the needed part which he said woulf be sent directly to our house. It arrived on Wednesday. Sears system did not know that the part had been shipped and was ready for installation for several days. It is impossible to contact anyone by phone. Shame on you Sears on-line. I am a concerned that Choice, our home warranty company. did not care when they set the date for technician to arrive. I was able and did reschedule to arrive three days earlier. Why? Ask them who have yet to settle a prior claim pending since early February 2023.

Appointment time
The appointments should be in a 4 hour block, not 8-5. That is a bad choice.

Andrew did a great job. He was fast, thorough, and direct. Found the problem right away, and repaired it with the speed and prowess of a person with great experience.
