Service Protection Plan
Firstly, I was very pleased Michael took the time to give me a heads up on when he would be at my home. I was originally scheduled last week and stayed at home from 8-5 and NEVER heard a word from anyone that they weren't going to make it to my home that day. This was my 5th year of the Service Inspection Plan for my front-loading washer. Luckily, I have never had any problems with it at all. Michael was very pleasant, easy to talk with and apologized for no one getting back to me last week. It is obvious he cares about this job and his clients. Thanks much, Michael.
