My response is regarding the technician Mike. He is always friendly, courteous, professional & respectful. Wish I could request him every time we need service. Some of your other technicians are not as professional, courteous or respectful. Your customer service lines are terrible, instead of trying to help me with my problem they just want to sell me the newest extended warranty product. They are ridiculously pushy and rude about this.

I have used Sears home repair for years. They have always been great. Dale has been here a couple of times. He is an outstanding technician! I would highly recommend Sears home services to anyone!

The technician seem to be fine my problem is I bought this Sears self-cleaning oven I still have the receipt I know it's old I bought it in 1992 but you should still make the part or have some sort of replacement part for my oven I'm very disappointed in Sears. I have no alternative but to throw this one away.
