Anthony the technician phoned to inform me that he was arriving in 20 minutes. Upon arrival he was told how the oven door wouldn't open. Anthony immediately went to work to solve the problem. He was informed and professional. Anthony had the problem solved in 15 minutes. The service fee was very reasonable! I will schedule Sears appliance repair for future services. Thank you, Barbara
