The actual service from the technician was great. The communication on getting the technician here was very unfriendly. Three appointments were rescheduled with no notice to me as the customer.

The technicion was great. The phone call i made to find out when he would get here was very frustrating. They kept saying the part would have been shipped to my address. It was not. It was shipped to Sears address. The tech had it with him.
