Ran first load still very damp after 2 hours of dry and now an error code 353 did not fix the problem and there is no way to actually talk to Sears they only have AI bots. $500 for a repair that fixed nothing!!

Most pathetic service company I've ever tried to deal with. First, they scheduled an appointment without my knowledge, sent out a repairman (not his fault) when we were out of town. Then finally got an appt scheduled, then they never showed up, no communication whatsoever. I was finally able to find my appt online, rescheduled for a couple days later. Again, no show, no communication, zero help. Rescheduled again, finally a technician called me when he was on his way, but had to inform him that we'd found another company to work with. This company has no live people available to get ahold of. The only "people" you can talk to are AI bots. I can only hope I never have to deal with this company again. I can't really blame the technician. When I talked to him about these issues, he just apologized and said he had the same problem.

Did not schedule. The soonest they could send somebody was 2 weeks out. Completely useless and reliant on AI for scheduling.

Issue was never fixed but ticket was closed . They took 2 months just to figure out issue , then said we cannnot do it and closed the ticket.

It took weeks , 4 days off work to finally have someone show up to tell me they won't fix refrigerator. I have had the payments taken out every month and now the tech tells me I have to pay to fix it and it should just be junked and replaced... by me. How does this work? You never get to talk to a Real person and just get runaround from AT or what ever. Not happy and not finished with them. Always had Kenmore products and never had this problem with communication in past. And then told SOL. That will be $139.00.
