Do not use! Their scheduling system is thru AI only, I have had multiple issues with getting parts delivered to my house and appointment times, you can not reach a person. Even there online chat is AI. Another waisted morning with no fix of my washing machine and of course I have already been charged. Update, the number provided for me to call is their AI number, still no one to talk to! No prompts ask about an issue and to talk to a person. What a farce!

It's not Micheal's fault, but the refrigerator now has a gurgling noise that it never had before. Can someone call me and advise as to what the issue could be. I paid $500 for about 30 minutes of labor, I feel like the job isn't exactly done yet!

Sears Technician was on time; but he didn’t have the replacement parts in his truck, nor could he find one in his computer. I am waiting for the repair to be completed. I will update again when it is done.

Did nothing but take the top off and agree there is a toxic burning plastic smell and said he could replace the fan for $500, but probably wouldn't fix it. He did nothing else and charged me $119. I will be charging back the $119. The number provided is the standard number that forwards you to foreign lands for service dispatch. I will be charging back the $119 on my credit card if they proceed to process it. No help when contacted 3 times. Charged $119 on card after disputed

Was told repair would be done Aug 29. Tech showed up late. Was rude and informed me that he was to high up the rankings to get fired so he does repairs when he wants. Got a message from sears while he was in my driveway saying sorry tech could make it. Then pushed out my repair to Sept 18. That day came he had 1 stop before mine at noon. Never showed up. I got another message from sears say I reschedule my appointment til October so now I'm going on 3 months without a stove, I have the part and the tech said it would take 15 minutes when he decided to do it.

The problem it’s worse then when he came and he said he fix some lines and it’s not working he don’t try to fix it I’m no pleased with this performance and he don’t know how to fix Refrigerators now the Freezer not working he said he Defrosted it and he said it’s going to keep Freezing over I’m not happy he was not at my house that long I don’t know why I need to keep paying for a service that’s not working :I heed this to be fix water all over my kitchen my wife is not happy hope not help asap Before damaged my floors
