I was very pleased with the service my repair man provided. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He did a maintenance check on my dishwasher which went fine. He also was here to repair my 10 year old refrigerator. He had to give me the bad news that it was beyond repair and needs replacement. He was very sympathetic and understanding. I was not expecting that I would need a new refrigerator. I thought they still last 20 years but I was sorely mistaken! My refrigerator was delivered to my house on September 14, 2014, exactly 10 years ago. My repairman said they are now built to last only 10 years.

That service went great. Process is confusing. I received the part at my house which was broken. The tech ordered another and said it would come to my house also. It never did. I couldn’t get an answer when it never came, therefore I kept changing the repair date. I finally set a date and hoped the service man had the part. He did. Need better explanations. Thank you.
