The technicion was great. The phone call i made to find out when he would get here was very frustrating. They kept saying the part would have been shipped to my address. It was not. It was shipped to Sears address. The tech had it with him.

Sears repairman was a good communicator, he told me what he was doing, he asked me in a friendly way where things were located, commented on my beautiful gardens and did a thorough examination of my air conditioner and reported it was in very good condition.
