Corey was very patient with (all) my questions and I gained a lot of useful information. He was able to assess the issue with my washing machine fairly quickly. This has nothing to do with Corey but I think the 9 hour service window is too long. Most service windows are 3 hours.

Michael was really pleasant to work with and had to come out 3 times and every time he was super friendly and helpful. Best repair man we’ve encountered in a very long time! 5+ stars for him, give him a raise. UPDATE: after the repair the fridge worked for a week before it started doing the same thing again (this was at the beginning of November). This time Sears scheduling decided to let us hang dry.. it’s now mid Dec and our fridge is still not repaired. Excuses after excuses from people outside the country, no one shows up, staffing issues and every single time they schedule us out another week. UPDATE 2: The automated system kept rescheduling us every week most likely due to errors in the automated scheduling system, 1 star for that, I truly suggest a complete overhaul. Customer service people were no help and didn’t resolve the issues. Finally had Michael come out again, yes! He ordered some other parts and should be back next week. So far I’ve been really happy with the repair men but the scheduling system is a complete disaster. People don’t have the time to take every Friday off and then for no one to show up and get automatically rescheduled for the following week into perpetuity. We still need a working fridge.. the issue should have been resolved within a week or two, not close to 3 months later. Will update again when the fridge is functional again.
