My technician was polite and answered all my questions. He followed 2 technicians who diagnosed and began the work on my cloths dryer. When he finished what others began, he tested it and cleaned up after his work. But the dryer is still shutting down before completing the cycle setting even on timed setting.

Both technicians were pleasant and on time but it took three visits to get the dryer fixed. It was tough I guess to recognize the problem. Mike was especially good.

Got a new fridge 1 yr and 6 months ago. In September of 2024. The fridge stopped cooling properly. I called for a repair guy to come. Made an appointment for a Saturday. Got the email confirmation. Waited all day on Saturday. Repair guy never came. Few months go by and we schedule another appointment. Waited all day once again. Someone did come. But it was delivery people not repair people. Wasted a day of waiting. Made another appointment for repair guy Mike to come. He arrived. Noted there was a problem with the fridge. Said it needed a new part. He ordered the part. Waited a week for the part and next appointment for the repair. Mike came and repaired the machine and said it was good to go!! The next day the fridge was 44 degree, again the fridge is set to 33 degrees. Made another appointment. Mike came out again and said yes it's not cooling properly still. Ordered another part and made an appointment for the following week on January 27th. Waited all day on the 27th. Nobody showed up. Got a text message at 427pm stating that yiur technician is unable to make the appointment and a new appointment has been made for January 30th. January 30th Mike arrives. Goes to the fridge and looks at the temp Guage. Which states 38 degrees. The fridge is set at 33 degrees. He then states. "Well it feels colder then 38 degrees" . He then proceeds to repair the fridge. Which took a whole 5 mins for him to repair it. I am not happy that it has taken this many trips out to repair a fridge. And not guarante the fridge is even going to work properly.

Don't repair washer. Not worth it. It's better to buy new one. Quotes come higher than actual price of washer.

Since the refrigerator wasn't displaying the symptoms I described, the tech checked some connections, found no problem and said I'd be fine as he left. There didn't appear to be any analysis of the symptoms and what could be causing them. So I still have a refrigerator I can't trust to hold temp and am no closer to having a solution. The service call was a waste of money.

The technician was here for 20 min. Stated he couldn't find a problem. When there's clearly a problem if the washer stops during a cycle. Unprofessional and too lazy to diagnose/repair the problem correctly. American Home Shield and Sears NEEDS TO DO BETTER

Had an issue with our washer agitator not moving, making a noise and as guy came out for $119 to tell me nothing was wrong yet mumbled under his breath at one point was "computer problem". As he's leaving still making same noise. Never saw him turn over or anything else. I made another appt for him to come back out and they assured me I wouldn't be charged. I then called another appliance guy recommended by where we purchased 6 yo washer. As I tried to cx sears was a nightmare taking to bots and a bunch of promises that they never kept. I was again assured would refund my money which did NOT happen. The agitator motor was broken and repaired. Now I still see the sears charge on my credit card and no refund was ever applied. Never ever again!!
