We could not be happier with the services we received with our service plan. Mark, the technician who came out to do the repair found problems with our washer. It needed parts to be replaced. He order the part and came out the following week to do the repair. He came with Luis, another technician to help with the repair. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were both very professional. And now I have a like new washer.
