Confessor was here today for the second time to fix the icemaker on my Samsung Bespoke fridge. He replaced a new part that had froze over that we didn’t realize at the first visit. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue in a very timely manner. HE was EXCELLENT…however, Sears, your AI system that’s replacing human customer service has failed miserably! I’m praying I don’t have any more issues that I would need to use this company again merely because of the AI system. Sad…

Repairman was able to fix the ice maker without using the parts ordered by dethawing the water line manually. He was very knowledgeable and explained how the mechanism and everything works. Very happy and thankful for the extended warranty!
