I have to say that the workers knew there stuff and they were very respectful. I give the workers a A +. I have to say dealing with customer service and setting up appointments was a 2-3 star max. Canceled The appointment on me for no reason and they made me wait at home all day to cancel last minute. Only reason why I’m giving the five stars is because the gentleman who came over to my house did a great job

The representative that came out Confessor C did a thorough inspection and he was fantastic at explaining what had happened. He pointed out where I could view instructions on the door that covered what happened to my fridge and what you could do to avoid the issue. Unfortunately there is no way to resolve the issue based on how it was made so I plan on doing preventative maintenance! Sad that you have to do that on a new appliance...LG Side By Side Refrigerator.
