JR was very communicative and professional the entire time. While he was unable to fix my issue today as I declined the service due to the price. He still gave me great tips and because of him, I signed up for the warranty program. He’s a great asset and sears should feel lucky to have him.

Service technician clearly explained the problem, ordered the necessary parts, and scheduled the return visit to complete the repair. Worked carefully to be sure the floor was not damaged, and overall did a great job.
