Henryk was so nice! Fixed my stove quickly & explained everything. My only complaint was the price. Just to change a bad igniter it was $400. I did have a coupon which helped, but I wish their labor charges were more reasonable.

Tech was very good but didn't call at 8am when service was scheduled. I had to complain at noon when I hadn't heard from tech between 8 and noon. Thinking about eliminating Cinch Service.
