My Technician was very polite & he explained everything he was doing in detail. He fixed my Microwave & I was very happy. I would definitely recommend him & Sears Services.

My technician, Mark, was fantastic!!! He was so conscientious, considerate and followed through with all the parts he ordered. He kept me informed with all parts ordered and made sure the parts came in; even though we ran into a problem with one part. I can’t say enough great things about him. He was excellent!!
