Technician was great. Very careful with the repair of my washer. There was a bad drain pump and the technician was quick to diagnose the problem. He ordered the part and installed it today. He was a great guy. Keep technicians like him around they bring a certain customer service value to the table. In this day and age that’s important!

The man checked the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. He was very professional. He said a different person must be scheduled to check our kitchen refrigerator. It wasn't on his orders. THE other man that came for the refrigerator, only checked the temperature. He didn't pull out the refrigerator to check anything. He only gets 1 STAR. You sent him all over Chicago land. Why didn't the first man check all four appliances? He was thorough.
