I have never before experienced such blatant incompetence and lack of concern for the customer. My service for my air conditioner was initially scheduled for June 24. I received an email that the technician would arrive between 1:00 and 5:00. At the end of the day I received another email saying my appointment had been rescheduled to June 26. After I waited all day, I received another email saying my appointment had been rescheduled to July 1. I never received any kind of apology or explanation or even a phone call. On July 1, I waited all day and then at the end of the day when no one had come to even look at the air conditioner I received an email stating I had received a repair and what I had been charged. None of this is accurate. No one has been here and I did not pay anyone and my air conditioner is still not working. Sears used to be known for it's service. Shame on you for treating your customers with such a lack of respect. I have been kept waiting three full days and no one has even been here to look at my unit.
