The technician did not realize the scope of the job. He took apart more than he needed to. He cracked the tub from hitting it with a small sledge hammer. He said he was taking the parts with him, but he did not. This was all after 6 failed appointments with the service. Their fault / Not Ours.

Did not show up for initial appointment and did not call to reschedule. I had to call the following morning to see what happened, some emergency and they couldn’t get me in that day, had to wait another day. Tech was nice, fast, and professional. 5 stars for the tech, 2 for the customer service.

The technician came and was in a hurry to get out after checking the unit.’was going to charge me another Extra bucks for a maintenance that has not happened or has not been done. He informed me of the problem but did not take the time to explain things or the process of when the material will be available, the claims process and approximately how long would it take for a technician to fix the problem. After being on hold for a long time on the phone with his Company and the Home warranty, he doesn’t have the patience to explain to the customer what was going on, I guess he has another customer waiting but I felt that his behavior was inappropriate unprofessional, just want to get paid and get out of there. I was not very satisfied with the approach and how it was handled

Oven not working. Technician was great. Ignitor was part that needed to be replaced. We were told $150 for repair tech to come out. He charged us $500 to put in the new part, which took 10 minutes, and he said this price includes the service fee of $150, plus the part, and the labor. Afterwards I researched the Ignitor part number, and it's a $50 part. So adding on the $150 service charge takes us to $200. Why was I charged $500? Was his 10 minutes of labor worth $300? We feel ripped off. I can't get through to any live person in the North Riverside office, it's only an AI robot to schedule appointments. I can't get a detailed receipt of our transaction anywhere. I always thought Sears could be trusted, which is why we made the call to them for repair. But taking advantage of people is very bad and I want to share this warning for homeowners. We will not call Sears or shop there again. We have learned a tough lesson.

Were kept getting notices on the time our service man will arrive. the last notice said 1: 46. How ever he did not get here till 2:55. this was very upsetting. However he did wonderful work

At 8:00 am I was the 2nd stop so I hung out. Didn’t show up until 1:45. Online updates were all over the place. Ending up having to take an entire day off work. The technician did not call to say he was on his way. Just showed up. Asked if there was water in the tub which I replied yes. He literally rolled his eyes like a child. Mumbled to himself “I’m too old for this”, “well that wasn’t fun”.

Do not use no idea what they are doing,came for service diagnose my washing machine wrong I paid $487.00 parts labor and service the next day the washing machine had the same problem technician comes back says the machine needs a board unfixable can't get the parts. The technician Said we will credit your card back .3 weeks later I call the company you should have it in 14 days nothing call back they give me the corporate office sorry you should have your credit within a week nothing.call my credit card company to dispute the charges sears replies to them I had 30 days I should of called back for service WHAT BS they dragged It out past 30 days so they don't have to refund .and the credit card company says because it took so long for me to dispute no credit.excuses I used to love sears and used the rapire before never again.Shame on you sears repair . Disappointed save your money and don't use they stole $487.00 from me because they have no clue how to diagnose the problem.

He came over to check our Boiler and he said that it was fine but I told him that we are not getting heat through our Radiators he said that they need Bleeding and that he is not allowed to do that!! So my husband and I were cold all night this is not Acceptable, I never heard of a heat technician not allowed to bleed Radiators!!! We do not want him back at our house because he doesn't complete the Job!!! We got him through are Home Warranty!!! I am calling my Home Warranty next to report how Poorly this guy is!!!!
