Best Sears tech ever - knew his technology and was thorough

The tech was extremly knowledgeable and extremely nice, BUT, when you make the apt on the phone was horrible, stay in America and quit hiring overseas! We pay with American money!!!

The update of arrival is great and accurate as the technician moves through the day. The two technicians that came to my home were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

Monty did a great job and was very nice to work with!! Your website for scheduling a tech is practically useless. I wanted a tech for both our washer and dryer and we have Sears maintenance agreements on both. That was impossible to get done on your website. We have had Sears maintenance agreements for more than 50 years in 2 different states and 3 different homes. Your website scheduled 2 different techs on 2 different days. What a waste of your techs time and you had to pay 2 different techs. Sears appliance repair service used to be the best that we could find but that is not longer true. If you want to keep our business, please improve your website and adding real people to talk to would be a very good start.
