I made an appointment to have my refrigerator looked at. Some crappy AI agent made the appointment for me, gave me a 1-5pm window, and sent me a link to a page where I could check the status of my service appointment. The expected arrival time went from 4pm to 5:17. After 5pm, the status link just stopped working. I tried calling them and a different, non-AI automated system said my service appointment was scheduled for 8:47-9:47 PM. I could not talk to a real person, and as of 5:20, they still haven't come. I took the day off work for this appointment and they didn't even bother show up, or call. Worst customer service I've ever had in my life. Hire a real person to take your appointments

I booked an appointment for a washer repair and received a window of 1-5pm. Originally it said 220 to 312 for service arrival. I saw the A&E factory truck pull up across the street and sit there for a half hour. I opened the door for my nephew who is coming in didn’t approach the truck because I assumed the worker may have been on break. I kept checking the status it said arrival between 331 to 4 pm. Suddenly, I get a notice that I wasn’t home. The audacity! You can’t get through to anyone on this service, it is a nightmare I would not recommend.

I recently had a technician come out to diagnose my refrigerator, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. He barely inspected the appliance—he didn’t bother looking behind the refrigerator, never checked any components, and simply touched the fridge and checked the temperature. After that minimal effort, He quoted me an extremely high price far above the average market rate. The quote made it feel like he was either trying to take advantage of the situation or had no interest in doing the job, so he inflated the price just to collect the service call fee. I always appreciate fair, transparent pricing, but this was neither. I would not recommend this technician, especially for anyone who isn’t familiar with appliance repair costs. Be cautious and get a second opinion you may save yourself hundreds of dollars. I did not get my refrigerator serviced however the quote was 1,418.75! I wanted to give zero stars but had to give one so my review can be posted.

Scheduled service for 10/8/25 between 1-5. Around 4pm I received a text stating they re-scheduled service for 10/9 between 8-12. No one showed 10/9 either. No communication other than automated emails, including one saying they were happy my appliance is back up and running (it wasn't). I took time off work over 2 days for these scheduled repairs, you should not screw around with your customers like this with 2 days of no-calling/no-showing. Obviously going with someone else for this issue and will never trust Sears Appliance Repair with my time and business again.

Do not use no idea what they are doing,came for service diagnose my washing machine wrong I paid $487.00 parts labor and service the next day the washing machine had the same problem technician comes back says the machine needs a board unfixable can't get the parts. The technician Said we will credit your card back .3 weeks later I call the company you should have it in 14 days nothing call back they give me the corporate office sorry you should have your credit within a week nothing.call my credit card company to dispute the charges sears replies to them I had 30 days I should of called back for service WHAT BS they dragged It out past 30 days so they don't have to refund .and the credit card company says because it took so long for me to dispute no credit.excuses I used to love sears and used the rapire before never again.Shame on you sears repair . Disappointed save your money and don't use they stole $487.00 from me because they have no clue how to diagnose the problem.

He came over to check our Boiler and he said that it was fine but I told him that we are not getting heat through our Radiators he said that they need Bleeding and that he is not allowed to do that!! So my husband and I were cold all night this is not Acceptable, I never heard of a heat technician not allowed to bleed Radiators!!! We do not want him back at our house because he doesn't complete the Job!!! We got him through are Home Warranty!!! I am calling my Home Warranty next to report how Poorly this guy is!!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. Schedule an appointment, take off work only to receive a text after the appointment window from Sears Appliance telling me they cancelled, no reason as to why. Second, it's a sad state of affairs when you call a "local" repair shop and try to understand what happened and you're dealing with a call center in India that hangs up on you and has no clue what they're doing. Shame on Samsung. I'll be going with Abt from here on out.
