I have no issues with the repair work done by the technician. However, the customer service I experienced with Sears Home Services was lousy. I would make appointments and they were cancelled and rescheduled at least 3 times that caused me to miss work. I was unable to ever reach a person only a horrible automated system. And I was charged over $200 for work that took less than 5 minutes. I will never use Sears again.

I can’t rate this person because the repair was preformed by Robert. But I had 3 different repairmen but they didn’t mention what repair. Dishwasher or washer?

Terribly difficult to work with. Automated system does not give you information you need. Three visits and dishwasher still doesn't work.

Tech was not helpful at all he said the refrigerator was 47 degrees according to his laser and he did not understand why the fridge was freezing my food. As I’f I had an explanation for it. Horrible service. I showed him some frozen food from the fridge just awful experience.

My appointment was cancelled 2x after waiting all day. Not happy. Window needs to be shortened time frame

Said he couldn't do anything without a model number. There is a serial number, he should have made some phone calls to figure it out. Didn't even take the cover off to see if there was an obvious problem.
