My husband was there for the repair. He said he was very impressed with the technician. He stated that he not only replaced the malfunctioning part but also a part that was extremely worn and would likely go out soon. It’s nice to see a someone proactive. We’d easily give him 10 stars and would refer Sears Appliance Repair to other based on him alone.
