Repairman definitely knows what he is doing. Only complaint is talking to AI instead of real person.

Service tech was kind, answered all of my questions without making me feel bad, and gave extra tips to extend the use of my appliances. One of my dogs wanted some love and attention and he did so without any issues. He knew what he was doing and that gave me peace of mind.

The technician was very respectful and got to work pretty quick. Though the issue was not resolved due to appliance being old and part wasn't available, they waived the diagnosis fee too.
