The technician was very respectful and got to work pretty quick. Though the issue was not resolved due to appliance being old and part wasn't available, they waived the diagnosis fee too.

Greg did the initial diagnosis and ordered parts. Got the parts the next day. Then dre installed those parts and tested the washer. He very good, polite,and fast. Highly recommend this service.
