Blake was super...diagnosed rapidly...but Sears itself with their timing, updates, etc. was dreadful...I had a 10 hour wait on Saturday and wasn't told there would be no one available til Monday.....u need to dump the robo technology and get back to basics!

Tech was great and knew what he was doing the previous guy (maythew) didnt fix anything even when he had all the parts. Had to contact my protection plan and schedule another appointment. Glad it finally got fixed
