I could have saved time and one visit if I could have talked with a repairman beforehand. Everything was automated and I never could figure out how to get through to a human.

Was able to get appointment online the very next day. Blake was prompt and diagnosed the freezer problem quickly. Once the parts were received just a few days later, my appointment was moved up. Blake again was prompt and did the repair within the time alloted. He was courteous and didn't waste any time. Freezer is working great! Thanks Blake!
