Worst service ever. 3 no-call no-show appointments and they lied one time about me not being home. Door was wide open and I have 2 cameras. The AI assistant is a joke and does not make appointments when there “is sooner appointment”. I could not get a live person on the phone. Then when they finally did the repair 13 days after the part arrived, they burned my floor with a faulty torch. Update: and to round it all out, the fridge is still broken. The new compressor they installed has not turned on even once yet. They didn't check to see that it was working properly before they left

Unsatisfactory repair, technician didn't even have electrical tape or connectors. They just twisted a pice of wire in and borrowed electrical tape to cover the repair. Seriously this is unacceptable especially to charge the people $129.00 for this type of unprofessional repair. Beware of this service, you can't even talk to anyone to complain. In response to the reply from the(owner) your reply was useless as you can't speak with a real person. If you really wanted to address the issue you would contact me ar leave a real working number that has someone to speak with.

For the second time in a year Sears jumped to accept a home warranty claim and set an appointment. Then after I waited home all day for a no-show, they rescheduled for a week later. It's hard not to imagine this is part of their tactic to secure home warranty claims quickly, even when they cannot service them in a timely manner. I hate that my home warranty provider uses Sears.

Can i make it zero stars.. they make the appointment then cant come out due to staffing concerns then actually comes this time and due to me being a second shift worker i was asleep.. they said o well i guess we missed you hopefully after another week wait i can finally be seen

23 days broken dryer. 6 days I missed work waiting 8:00-3:00, with 4 NO SHOW days, no call. Showed on 4th appt, tore dryer apart, left parts across the room, need more parts. Sent me a text a day later for return appt 9:00-3:00, showed early at 8:19 and left. Two days later, 9 March 26, waiting 8:00-3:00, I called four times, auto voice says they have me scheduled today, but a NO SHOW. To my surprise, arrived at 4:15 and reassembled. It still Leaks GAS! No one will call you, you can't call any person. Waiting again today 8:00-3:00, 11 March 26. Work order #000809613387201.

The technician did a good job but my appt was cancelled 5 times without a phone call or reason for it. I tried for hours to talk to a person but could only talk to an AI assistant. I wasted several days taking off work for my appts that were eventually cancelled. It took over 3 weeks to get my washer fixed. I don’t recommend using this warranty service.

Run!! these people/insurance we paid for haven't fixed anything and now they are simply avoiding us. Beyond unprofessional calling the better Business bureau since they can't give us back our money or fix a freaking washing machine.

Gregg came to my home, reviewed the repair and ordered the part. Gregg has not been back since and it's been 2 months. I was advised by Sears service that the claim was closed by the tech and that I the customer cannot reopen the claim and would need to file a new claim. Today was my new service date. Part in hand. Gregg was supposed to return to finish the job between 8am-5pm. Gregg rescheduled for two days from now for 8-5 again.. as if I don't have a job. I took off today, and will now have to take off Wednesday. Maybe work on prioritizing your work better. Could'nt reach a live agent to discuss options. Sears service is a joke. Update: my appointment had been rescheduled for today. I took work off again, but received yet another text to reschedule my appointment again. That's 3 times now they've failed to show on this claim alone. Keep in mind they closed out my previous claim before without completing the repair.. Oh, and the response to my review from the company? Try calling the number and try to reach a live agent. The AI assistant will inform you they have no live agents and that they are an AI only support team. So even when they offered to help after seeing my negative review, they still couldn't be bothered to speak to me directly. I guess I'm out the cost of my dishwasher and the cost of the warranty..

Repairman did not fix dishwasher after 3 hours. He said it was fixed, rushed out, and when turned on by me had same failure code even though new parts were installed. He admitted he didn’t know much about brand and had not worked on one in many years. Very disappointing.
