Greg did a great job! He explained why we were having an issue with water leaking from the bottom of our washing machine, ordered the part, and had our machine back in good working order in a matter of a few days.

I was able to get a next day service call appointment. That was wonderful! The technicial was quick to diagnose the issue with my GE Washing Machine. We chose to not have the repair done due to the age of the machine, and repair cost vs price for a new machine. Paid $119 for the service call. I will definitely use this service again though.
