Mike called ahead of time to give me an ETA. Upon arrival we discussed the issue with the dryer. Mike went right to work trouble shooting the problem. He was quickly able to determine the cause of the problem and advised me of his determination and recomended corrective action. Our dryer was back in service within minutes! Great service and an absolute pleasure to meet Mike and his abilities.
