Oven repair. Fixed quickly, thankful for that. Situation was strange, repair man told me the man who diagnosed the problem did not work there anymore. This seemed to create some confusion while here to do the repair. Just glad the oven works now.

Repairman seemed somewhat disorganized. He forgot to install a part to stabilize the fan motor after he had already installed the fan motor and had to tear it apart again to install the forgotten part. He was nice and courteous.

Made wrong diagnosis and replaced part probably not needed since didn’t fix problem. Had to come back and add Freon to fix.

We will never use Sears home services again. Since July, we have been trying to get our dryer repaired. Every time that tech would come, they would never have the parts on their truck. We had two missed diagnoses of the problem and we had three different canceled appointments by Sears with no warning. While pleased that they finally seem to have gotten it right, their lack of technicians in our area, the lack of supplies on the truck, the frequent cancellations, Inability to diagnose a problem as simple as squealing sounds caused this to drag on for nearly 2 months. And then the constant pressure to purchase a home warranty by their technicians every time they come in the house is ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I am going on three weeks without a functioning fridge or freezer, and this company’s "service" has been a total disaster. I have now had to wait through five separate days of scheduled and rescheduled appointments, and I still have no repair. To make it worse, I’ve been unable to reach a human and am constantly bounced from AI agent to AI agent. I’m now being asked to wait another weekend, after being told my tech was on the way, for the fourth time. Total disregard for the customer’s time and basic needs. Avoid this company. Update: It's now 2 PM on the actual day of service, after receiving more than 20 text, voice, and email reminders and confirmations, I was just informed via an AI agent that my service must be rescheduled again with no explanation. The earliest available option is now four days from now. I am beyond frustrated!
