Repairman did not fix dishwasher after 3 hours. He said it was fixed, rushed out, and when turned on by me had same failure code even though new parts were installed. He admitted he didn’t know much about brand and had not worked on one in many years. Very disappointing.

We had a terrible experience with Sears repairing our LG refrigerator. We have had it less than 5 years and all 4 of our LG appliances have needed repair. This time it was the refrigerator. LG told us to call a repair man to come out and look at it. He suggested that the compressor would need to be replaced, but he doesn't replace compressors. We called LG back and they had difficulty finding someone who could replace the compressor. Finally, we got and appointment for Sears to come out about a week later. We got multiple automatic text messages and emails reminding us of of the appointment and telling us to be sure to cancel if we can't be there so we don't get charged. They gave us a window from 8am-5pm that they would show up so we had to be home the entire day. When the day came, we waited all day and never received a call or apology or a text or anything. Just crickets. I also didn't have a way to get in contact with Sears because we had not been given a number. When I called the general number, I was put on hold twice for over an hour each time. I had no choice but to simply go online via the email that told me I would be charged if I missed the appointment and reschedule it. It was about another week before they could get us in. The order said very specifically that it was highly recommended that the repair person bring a new compressor because we had already had a repair man tell us we needed one. We expected that he would come and replace the compressor if a repair man showed up at all. He did show up, but without a compressor. While he was here, he ordered a compressor and told us it should be here the next day. He told us that we should call once it arrives and he could probably come back the next day to put it in. Within 30 minutes of him leaving we recieved a message that our next appointment was over a week away again on July 1st. (I should remind everyone that refrigerators are kinda important for daily life. It's been weeks without it.) The next day I get a text saying that our parts have been delayed so our appointment is now rescheduled for July 3rd, but the parts had already arrived at the house beore the text message came. It is obvious that nobody knows what anybody else is doing. We were able to call now because the repair man had given us a number, but there was no availability for someone to come out even for the original July 1st date. They did manage, out of the kindness of their heart, to find it within themselves to bless us with a repair on July 2nd instead of the delay date of the 3rd. Communication with Sears was extremely difficult. When we asked to speak to a real person, the AI system refused saying that AI could do anything a real person could do. We thought that was ridiculous. We had frustrations from the experience. AI was right though. The real people were equally unhelpful. I believe the best solution to this problem would be to never by an LG appliance again and avoid using Sears to fix anything. At this point, I think I would rather spend the money on a new appliance by a different company than be without an appliance for as long as we were and deal with the frustration.

Sears appliance repair is a joke - you schedule an appt any they say they will be there between 8am-5pm which wastes a whole day - twice the texted me at 1130 cancelling - I wasted 4 days for a 1hr fix !

The experience that was had in getting the issue with my stove resolved was horrible. It took multiple calls to finally get a human to speak with to get the process going and get appointment scheduled. Technician never showed up or called. We found our appointment was cancelled without our knowing and had to go through process again. We finally got technician here and his return appointment scheduled just to find out the day of repair that our appointment had been rescheduled again. Customer service doesn't seem to mean anything after you walk out of the store with your purchased product/warranty.

The absolute worst business anyone would ever have to deal with. I've had a broken refrigerator for over 2 weeks now. They have rescheduled 3 times and one time didn't even assign anyone to come out for the appointment. I've had to call, and it goes straight to India so there's 0% chance on talking to anyone relatively near the technicians. I highly recommend avoiding this company AT ALL COST unless you appreciate not having a working fridge until the end of times. Pathetic. Edit: they still haven't came to fix the fridge, but they've rescheduled a couple more times since. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO SERVICE ANYTHING!

Very much disappointed. Because the Technician was not expert to fix and even not clear about his work and it was hard for him to explain the problem in my garbage disposal.

Tech where great. Problem is y'all don't let people know up front ur labor charge. $300 in labor for 15 minutes of work. To put in some belts and couple pullys for the dryer. Parts where only $75.

We paid for the five year coverage on our stove from Lowe’s .all we wanted was a new door because the old door handle had come off when I went to open oven so we thought it would be an easy fix so we got it put back together but as we were tightening the screw the glass shattered. The Assurance people said that we were covered and to send a picture so they could order the part so I did but when the tech guy came to fix it he wasn’t even prepared to do the job and said he didn’t even get the picture I sent so he went back to his truck and must have called the Assurance person and the next thing I got was a text from this company saying my stove was not covered. It is a whirlpool range not even 5 years old and had the handle not fallen off I would not have had to be telling you that I will never buy Whirlpool appliances again and I will not shop at Lowe’s ! The price we paid for this coverage was ridiculous for the services they rendered and Sears guy got paid 115.00 for doing nothing..never again for us and anyone else I tell my story to😡
