After about three 5th or 6th visit from service tech because I had to have a “second opinion” the tech comes in takes a bunch of pictures of the dishwasher and all the parts that were suppose to fix the dishwasher then says he’ll be right back, 20 mins later I look outside and his van is gone, I text him to see if he was done, and this is the reply. I’ve been without my dishwasher since February, had multiple techs out to the house to fix it, have 6 different parts they ordered on the counter that’s not even the issue for the dishwasher. The unit is less than 2 years old. And now I’m fighting them to replace is, why is this such a stuggle? Why send multiple techs out, order all these parts that won’t work, and spend all this time and money on parts and labor and fight me to get a new unit? They could’ve saved so much by just replacing it in the first place. The dishwasher has been a lemon since I bought it, $1200 dishwasher and it’s trash. They said they’re sending a check to me on what’s it “worth”, and now I’m stuck removing the old unit and getting a new one, installation fees and all by myself. 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ and this was the techs reply back, what does that even mean? Sears road show? Is he trying to be funny?

Guy showed up, did absolutely nothing whatsoever. Gone in a few minutes. Complete waste of money! Do not recommend.

The tech you sent out 6/5/2024 started with a terrible attitude and and he showed up at the end of the day ready to go home he made more excuses and he made a fraudulent report is no part is missing off my oven but that's what he wrote on the on the report and that I had a hole in my wall which it doesn't make sense if I do business with you guys again please do not send that same guy to my house cuz he will not be allowed come on my property

Very rude unprofessional and didn't bother fixing my appliance, he said last Tech made my microwave a bomb and he wasn't touching it.

Since I scheduled my appointment for this service call, I received multiple reminders from Sears requesting confirmation of the appointment, which I did. I have a home protection policy so I scheduled maintenance checks on my central air, water heater, and refrigerator all on the same day, Friday July 12. These texts all came to my cell phone number, which is the only number I use. This morning I received 3 notices each of when to expect my technician. When I got a text stating the tech was at my property, I realized he, Matthew, was not at my address. I immediately used your app to inquire where he was. The app had no record of my appointments. I then called a live person who said this was a warranty problem and switched me over to a department which never picked up. I finally got on a chat and was told that the tech showed up and I would not allow him to service my appliances. Now really, when I have purchased a Home Maintenance policy, why would I do that? Then, I got receipts from Sears for 3 service calls with my signature forged as if I received service. Who is Matthew? I hope he gets caught for forging my records! Please call me for more details.
