Finally Sears sent a very good serviceman he trouble shot the problem ordered the correct part.Came back installed it ice dispenser was now working. This problem started in July 2025 Sears keep sending a serviceman that kept ordering parts after installing the parts the dispenser still didn’t work he kept ordering parts the problem was he ordered parts for a total different fridge Like I said. This last serviceman trouble shot the fridge ordered the correct parts dispenser was now working this last serviceman did an excellent job. It took 7 months to get my dispenser repaired
