Trenton was the tech for my repair. I had pre-ordered a new door gasket for our Kenmore refrigerator freezer. He arrived, looked and dug right in. After cleaning up my juryrigged patches, he cleaned and made sure the new gasket was good. Trenton is the tech you always hope for. Excellent. Courteous. 5-star.
