The Dryer control board was NOT replaced because the part is no longer available/discontinued but payment of $129 was still charged. The technician ONLY powered on the dryer, pressed START and received an F01 Code which is what I received prior to scheduling the appointment. If the F01 Code was listed on the website as "Part no longer available," I could've saved $129 on someone telling me that in person. Nevertheless, the tech was very nice and informative.

I should give 1 star but the fourth guy (Pedro L gets 4 stars) finally fixed the leak in the fridge and yes I said fourth guy. First guy came about 5 weeks ago and said he needed a part so he ordered it, the part came in and another guy came and said the last guy ordered the wrong part so he orders a new part, then another week later another guy came and said the other guy ordered the wrong parts and he ordered the correct part and finally after 5 weeks the problem has been resolved. Why can’t they send the same guy to an unfinished job since he knows what the problem is since no one else can read each others notes.

The tech left without leveling my refrigerator, water doesn't dispense and that wasn't why the tech was here. I've paid for my service call and I expect the job to b e completed.

They came out Wednesday to fix my washer and it still doesn’t work. I think they didn’t reconnect the water. Im very upset!!! Clothes been washing with no water all night!
