If there's zero star, I will give it. It's the worse service that I have ever received and will never use Sears/A&E again. My refrigerator was not getting cool enough. The technician immediately walked in and reminded me of the diagnosis fee of $129 without first looking at my refrigerator. He then tells me that the Freon is leaking without checking it or running any test or show me where the leak is from. He told me that it will cost me thousands to repair without first checking for the issues. The poorest service that I have ever seen. The technician was only interested in the so-called diagnosis fee and nothing else.

Cancelled me three times. No one ever calls: 100% text messages. It’s been a month since I scheduled my initial appointment. I would never let anyone from this company in my home. It’s no wonder Sears went out of business.

Review for Sears Home Services – HVAC Visit I’m extremely disappointed with the recent experience my wife and I had with Sears Home Services. We scheduled a technician to inspect our air conditioner and furnace. When the technician arrived, he refused to look at the furnace because our dryer was in the way—despite us offering to move it within 10 minutes. He said he wouldn’t wait and disconnected our air conditioning system, promising he would return shortly to complete the work. Not only did he never return, but Sears repeatedly told us he was two stops away and would be back the same day. That never happened. Instead, he forged our signature on a work order through, giving the impression that the job was completed when it wasn’t. We were left without air conditioning for the entire day, during hot weather, and were misled multiple times about the technician’s return. This level of service is unacceptable—especially from a company like Sears, which we had trusted for years. We expect accountability, a correction to the false work order, and a proper completion of the service that was promised.

It took 12 weeks for us to get a working washing machine. We had to go to the laundromat 3 times per week because there are 4 adults requiring clean clothes everyday. The issue was identified finally by a senior technician on the 10th visit. This issue took way too many visits. I expect to get reimbursed for the total cost of the laundromat.

This tech for 2 days in a row has played with my time. He shows up earlier than the scheduled estimated time and then closes out your account. Today, he shows up before the scheduled time and leaves earlier than the time scheduled and puts in his notes that he left after the scheduled time. He does not call or leave message to let you know he's in route or his estimated arrival time. This tech should be written up or fired for lying about his arrival and departure times and for wasting customers time. Negative Zero stars if I can....Very dissatisfied customer!!!

Technician failed to diagnose the problem, didn't believe me when I showed him a video of it, and left after doing nothing for a $200 service fee charge. On the way out he told me it didn't matter anyway, because if he did know what the problem was my home warranty probably wouldn't allow him to fix it. EDIT: The response below sends me to a website to schedule more service, completely missing the point. It's an attempt to look responsive that isn't helpful in any way. Skip this service provider.
