I would not recommend this company to anyone or ever use it again!!!!!!!!!!!! I had them to service my dryer and they ordered a part that took over a month plus to get. Mind you, the job was never done!!!!! Only to find out that another company had it right in their van! They are so over priced it's unbelievable!! I found this out from someone that also worked for them previously. I had to literally hire that company to resolve my issue for almost half the price of Sears. They are sharks and see blood and money. I requested my refund for 337.99 and they have been giving me the run around since July-August of this year!!!!! I'm frustrated and upset. I've talked to almost a dozen or so of people and they all say the same. We are escalating the issue!! Yeah right!!!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU HIRE SEARS!!! INSPECT WHAT YOU EXPECT!!! STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here it is 4 weeks later and I still haven't gotten my refund!!!!!!!! This is not an example of Integrity!!!! I need my money back now!!!! Today is 12-16-24. I originally posted almost a month ago. I just added to it!! DO NOT TRUST SEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do Not Use this company or Choice Home Warranty. I’m without AC for multiple days. The service request was placed w/ Sears through Choice Home Warranty who never responded to my address, however the technician submitted a receipt stating that I had declined service. This all feels like a Con, to get your money and neglect to provide service. I am still without AC repair and can’t even get through to anyone at Sears. I would have given no stars, but the rating requires at least one star to post!!!!!
