Kevin was Outstanding! Very Professional, and knowledgeable in every aspect of his profession. Kevin explained things in a in layman’s terms and made repairs the previous sears technicians could not or did not make which necessitated this additional service call and payment by me. STILL EXCELLENT SERVICE by Kevin.
