Technician never showed up. Appointment was scheduled for 8:30 a.m. and I stayed home until 4:00 p.m. She never called for the day and never showed up at my location. My dishwasher is still inoperable. Pleas advise as to how you plan to rectify the situation. Today Sears sent out a different technician to repair my dishwasher. Appointment was scheduled from 8 am to 4 pm. I received a phone call from the technician about 10:00 a. m.; and he arrived at my location by 11:00 a.m. He was professional and courteous; and it took him about 1 hr. to repair my dishwasher. Come to find out the previous technician had broken the same part they sent her out to replace. She came out to my location to fix the same dishwasher twice and the third appointment she failed to even show up. I felt like she did not know what she was doing. Thank you Sears for getting it right as my dishwasher is up and running. Appreciate you sending someone new who was able to get the job done!!
