I was giving a window between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. I was told that I would be contacted by the tech before he came to tech actually didn't come until around 3:30 almost 4:00 p.m. I was stuck at home all day however the service was worth waiting for just wish I didn't have to waste 5 to 6 hours of the day waiting.
