I am rating this one star because there is no zero rating I am totally dissatisfied with the service call. I requested service because my AC was not adequately cooling. I paid $65.00 for a service call but the technician only checked the freon,and said it was ok and never came inside, and left. No service was performed. Additionally, I was never told prior to the call that I could not pay by cash . I feel like I was ripped off.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I have been going back and forth with sears since October 14, 2023. I've received mis information over and over again. I've had to call weekly to get updated on whether the parts to repair my range were found or whether my stove would be replaced. I'm told one thing by one company rep, then told something else by another rep. When I ask to speak with a supervisor or other upper management I'm told that there is NO one I can contact. After two and a half months of my issue being unresolved a service man shows up to my house today and tells me he is here to remove the board on my stove to be send out to be serviced. I asked if I would be able to use the stove. He indicated no only the cook top. He could only say that the board would be returned within ten to twenty days. In short, my issue is unresolved, I have received POOR customer service since day one, I've received mis information over and over and over again, I have not been able to speak with ANYONE to help me in this matter. I paid for a service agreement and have received NO service. ABSOLUTELY, NO SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED..

They came for the wash machine and dismantled the dryer. They never finished either one and they kept saying they needed to order a certain piece for the wash machine and never came back. I need both my appliances fixed. They’re getting paid for a job they’re not doing.

The technician told my warranty that I tried to put the parts on myself and I did not open the box that the parts came in. He open the box and said it’s still not working and I did not qualify for any more services.

The first technician said he solved the problem. A week later the problem reoccurred. The second technician looked over my washing machine and told me to use a brush with vinegar and baking soda to clean soap dispenser. Two days later, my laundry room is flooded again. Where to I go from here. The one star is for showing up.

I have never heard of giving anyone a window of 8a-5p for arrival. An ALL DAY window??? I was given an appointment date that I was going to be out of town so I had someone to be at my house who set aside AN ENTIRE DAY to wait for a service person to arrive. All the sudden they cancelled giving NO REASON!! I had to make another appointment and get someone to come sit and wait after I had to leave for a 2pm appointment! I don’t know who came up with this new all day service call window, but it’s definitely NOT good customer service, and cancelling last minute without giving a reason is equally poor customer service.
